2026 Mind & Body Classes

Tai Chi |  Core Stability Ball classes | Mind, Body, Breath classes

Tai Chi classes will run in 6 week blocks - see calendar for dates

 

Tai Chi is characterised by gentle, fluid circular movements that are relaxed and performed slowly.

 

Core stability ball classes will be held weekly every Friday from 1115 – 1215 at Walmsley
Church Hall, Egerton 
This class exercises all the muscles in your body, especially the face.

 

Mind, Body, Breath classes will run twice a month,  with the aim of improving all-over muscle tone and aiding relaxation.
These classes are similar to gentle yoga.
